Small Living Room

9' x 10' living room featured at the Seattle Flower & Garden Show. Floor to ceiling drapes give the illusion of height. Sculptural furniture serves as functional art. Strong color envelopes the room, creating a solution for this small space.

Curved cabinetry reflects curved wall. Mosaic mural on curved wall depicts Alki Point Lighthouse. in West Seattle. Custom bathroom vanity maximizes storage space while enhancing the over all design.

Curve of custom cabinetry and counter leads you into the master bedroom suite. Mosaic tile design on curved wall mimics waves of Puget Sound, bathroom sink and mirror follow boat theme. Color selections complement existing fireplace.

Banquette seating, which can be customized to any style, make use of untapped kitchen eating area and provide storage beneath the seats.

Seattle Entertaining

This open area incompasses the living room, buffet and breakfast counter and kitchen. By wrapping panels around the stairwell and risers, we were able to visually incorporate the stair area, creating a an open spacious area.

This window bench doubles as an AV cabinet as well as a side table overlooking Seattle's Lake Washington.

Home Office

Basement guest room was transformed into workable home office space featuring floor to ceiling cabinetry which visually enlarges the small space, incorporating an existing closet into the storage component of the cabinetry, creating a formal 'desk' with a leather surfaced counter.

Buffet counter over stairwell

This buffet counter covers up an unsightly open stairwell andoffers a long expanse of counter for entertaining and display. Sapele wood panels were applied to the side of the staircase, VF Fir wood panels applied to the bottom stairwell wall. New cable railings help create an open enlarged sense of space from a very small space.

Besides the regular amenities, this laundry room features and extra deep laundry sink, a cat door into a litter box cabinet, and a working desk with a wonderful forest view.

This custom banquette expanded this family's use of space from a cramped eating space to an entertainment size dining area. The fabric is anti-microbial to be 'baby-friendly.'
